Project Overview

Washington County is leading a study to develop a preliminary design concept for Oakgreen Avenue (County Road 65) between 40th Street N and 10th Street N in Baytown Township and West Lakeland Township. The study will identify road improvements such as turn lanes, resurfacing, storm water management, safety improvements and pedestrian and bicyclist considerations. The preliminary design is expected to be completed in January 2019 and the final design completed in January 2020. Construction, originally expected to begin in spring 2020, is now expected to start in spring 2021.
