Manning Ave Corridor: I-94 to County Highway 14 (old TH5)
Phase I [intersection of 10th Street North (County Highway 10) and Manning Avenue (County Highway 15)] of the Manning Avenue Corridor Management and Safety Improvement Project is scheduled to be completed in early September, 2016.  The Improvement Project is divided into 4 phases over the course of several years.
